Jan. ‘26: What I’ve been listening to lately

Ninajirachi - I love my computer

I wish I could see Ninajirachi at Coachella this year. Also recommended listening: Fuck my computer - Frost Children remix on Bandcamp

Has this album changed your life yet? Because it changed mine. Ninajirachi is so hype. I was I could see her at Coachella. But alas, life has other priorities for me.

The passion, the synthy sound, the behind each song is electric. I can only imagine what it’s like to dance to this with a live crowd. I wish I could see her at Coachella this year.

“Fuck My Computer” is so catchy, so fun to dance to. It’s so catchy, I’ve had this album on repeat for hours and hours.

Pedro Sampaio - SEQUÊNCIAS #1

The first time I listened to brazilian funk I though it sounded obnoxious. I was repulsed. However, I have since been thoroughly converted. There is probably no better music to shake ass too, and every song on this album is an ass-shaker.

Someone on twitter once said that Brazilians have

Literally every song on this album is a banger. But if I had to pick one, it would be Sequencia Cunt. They way they get that bass distortion on “Sequência Striptease” is incredible.

Sevdaliza - HEROINA

This album literally changed my life. Funny, “Maria Magdalena” is actually how I discovered SEQUÊNCIAS #1, another album on this list.

Cinnamon Chasers - “love the way you ruin me” and “MissU”

I shared this song with a crush and she liked it. I wonder if she got the hint.

Wu Bai - “Last Dance”

Jocelyn shared this with me.

Balu Brigada - “Backseat” and “Politix”

I had these two songs on repeat while studying. Something about their momentum drives me forward.
